Hi, I am James Perry Mines (JP). The JP JumPers Foundation (JPJF) was inspired by and named after me.  So was “JP’s Law:.  The JumPer man in the logo is “ME!”.

 I have autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and intellectual disabilities; but, that’s only part of me, not all of me.  I am an athlete for Special Olympics Virginia, competing in roller skating, bowling, basketball, ice skating, and track.  I am smart, kind, caring, a Super Mario game master, and a favorite brother and son.
